Return and funds return policy

RETURN OF GOODS

We are confident in the high quality of our products, but, of course, we suggest you read our return policy before purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since the purchase.

Please make sure the product has not been used and in the same condition in which you received it to be eligible for a refund. The product must also be in the original packaging.

We need a receipt or confirmation of purchase to complete the return.

There are certain situations where only partial reimbursements are provided:

- The goods which are not in the initial condition, are damaged for the reasons caused not through our fault

- Goods returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUND

Once the return of the item is received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you receive approval, your return will be processed within five business days.

If you paid in cash, cash on delivery, or to the company's current account, you must send us the relevant details for a refund. The funds are returned only to the details of the person or company that paid for the goods.

If you paid with a payment card on paulinescandle.com, the refund will be automatically applied to your payment card within a certain number of days depending on the operation of the payment system.

SPATCHED REFUNDS AND RETURNS.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It often takes a long time to process before a refund is sent.

Then contact your bank.

PRESENTS

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the return amount. After receiving the returned goods, we will give you a gift certificate.

If at the time of purchase the item was not marked as a gift, but the donor purchased the item to give to you later, we will send a return to the donor and he will know about your return.

DELIVERY

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
